Assisted in planning and executing a three-show university fashion production featuring 115+ models, student designers, backstage teams, vendors, volunteers, and hair & makeup artists.
Directed social media posts, senior designer interviews, and all media coverage.
Coordinated communication with external vendors, university partners, faculty, students, and production committees to support event logistics and successful show execution.
Supported payment coordination, vendor relations, fundraising logistics, and pre-show sales initiatives, including bake sales and merchandise events.
Organized production timelines, rehearsals, committee responsibilities, and show-day operations to ensure seamless event delivery.
Developed strong skills in leadership, vendor management, budgeting support, problem-solving, and live event production.

Venue Coordinator

Served on the Planning Committee for the Dominican University Historical Fashion Showcase 2025, affiliated with Chicago Fashion Week.
Acted as Venue Coordinator, overseeing venue selection and event setup logistics.
Managed music coordination and technical setup to support the showcase experience.
Styled and dressed mannequin displays to showcase historical fashion collections.

Served as personal assistant to the regional director of FGI Chicago, supporting key VIPs and aiding guest check-in during Chicago Fashion Summit, part of Chicago Fashion Week 2025.
Assisted with sound control and performed personal assistant duties for VIPs at the Blue Jacket Fashion Show 2025, contributing to the success of high-profile industry events.
