Carole Zucco Academic Scholarship In Merchandising

April 2025

This scholarship was awarded to me during the Mosaics Of The Night Fashion Show at Dominican University. I earned this scholarship from having academic excellence, as well as leadership and community involvement. This scholarship was awarded to me to highlight my work ethic and dedication I have towards fashion.

ELF Launchpad Finalist

April 2025

Out of 25 brands, I was honored to be selected as one of the top five finalists to pitch my brand in front of a panel of investors. As part of the process, I curated a comprehensive business plan and developed a detailed presentation to showcase my brand’s vision and potential. Through this experience, I gained essential skills needed to build a successful brand, including how to approach the fashion industry with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Presenting my brand helped me strengthen my communication, public speaking, and time management skills. Following my pitch, I was awarded $2,500 in funding to officially launch my brand. With this support, I introduced my first online collection on Etsy and participated in pop-up shops throughout Ohio and the Chicagoland area.

Since launching, I’ve developed valuable skills in social media marketing, Meta advertising, photography, budget management, and jewelry design techniques—all of which have played a key role in growing my brand.
