I aspire to work with a fashion production company. Through the projects showcased on this page I have gained valuable insight into viewing the fashion industry with an entrepreneurial mindset, developing strategic marketing tactics to maximize brand potential, and styling garments to align with specific aesthetics.
In the evolving fashion industry, it's essential to understand the constant influx of trends, recognize the potential for clothing brands to expand their reach, and approach the industry through an entrepreneurial lens by considering budgeting strategies, sustainability goals, and the impact of retail distribution.
Gucci Brand Analysis
For this project, I conducted a comprehensive brand analysis of Gucci. My research focused on understanding the brand’s identity and exploring opportunities for expansion through strategic social media campaigns and other marketing initiatives. I developed a detailed customer profile to gain deeper insight into Gucci’s target audience. As part of the analysis, I performed both a SWOT and PEST assessment, which involved an in-depth evaluation of the luxury market and a thorough understanding of Gucci’s brand mission to ensure a well-rounded and meaningful analysis.
Personal Branding Analysis
For this assignment, I was tasked with creating my own brand and exploring the key logistics involved in building a successful one. I gained a strong understanding of essential elements such as an effective logo design, budget analysis, sustainability considerations, and identifying target audiences. I also gained hands-on experience in creating line sheets and developed a strong understanding of the product development process.
Fashion Styling
For this project, I entered the mindset of a fashion stylist. I selected an editorial fashion magazine and created a mood board along with four cohesive looks that aligned with the magazine's cover aesthetic. Through this process, I learned how to style outfits and coordinate colors to produce visually cohesive looks.
